Peavey presently has 33 separate facilities with overall square footage of about 1.5 million square feet. Although we have moved some production to the Far East for our lower-end products, we continue to add sophisticated production equipment to our U.S.- and England-based manufacturing facilities.

As a matter of fact, we've added approximately $7.5 million of new and sophisticated production gear within the last year. The reason that we continue to make this commitment is that our goal "to be the best" still remains our guiding philosophy.
